Implementing a ‘No Results Found’ Message in WoodMart’s Product Grid and Tabs

We are currently utilizing the WoodMart theme by XTEMOS for our WordPress website and have encountered a specific need regarding the display behavior of our product grid and product tabs.

When a user performs a search that results in zero products found, the page currently displays an empty field. This can be confusing for our users, as it does not clearly communicate the lack of search results. We would like to enhance the user experience by displaying a clear message whenever a search yields zero results. For example, the message could read “0 products found.”

Could you please provide guidance on how we can implement a feature that displays such a message (or html/php script) in the product grid and product tabs whenever a query results in no products found? This small change would greatly improve clarity and user satisfaction on our site.

It’s because you use only the “Product tabs” element on the archive layout page and this element doesn’t have such functionality to show a message that there are no products. I suggest you use the “Archive products” element instead so that such a message will be available; https://prnt.sc/FNxnEhUV2U4b
