Import AJAX import error

Hi there,

Amazing theme, I’m just having a problem getting the demo (Moodmart Main) data imported. I got the following error, “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”

Please would you assist in getting the demo to work?

Thank you – Could you please help me with what I need to ask them? Do I ask them to literally, “increase the timeout limit”? And, increase to what?

90 is not enough for your case, unfortunately. It needs to be increased to 300 seconds temporarily.
