Import AJAX problem

    Hey Xtemos,

    We are redesigning a webshop for a customer of ours. They previously had the Porto theme installed and on the new website, we are planning to use Woodmart. To let the process run smoothly, we have set-up a staging environment. But while importing the demo content, we run into an error. “Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.” We tried disabling plug-ins but it didn’t fix the problem. Could you help us out?

    Hello,

    Please, disable all external plugins and send us your FTP access. Note that our dummy content can be imported smoothly only on a fresh installation without any content added yet.

    We want to retain the products, orders, and customers that are in the system. So a fresh site is not possible, we chose for a staging environment because we don’t have to do a migration that way. I hope you could still help us out. We don’t have to import your demo content, if it’s possible to make the theme working without importing the demo content. If we open the site front-end now, we only see a bugged header (see image).

    Edit: wanted to make a screenshot of the header, but there is an error message displaying now, so you can find that screen in the attachments.

    Could you please enable debug mode in WordPress and error display on-screen on your server? And send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong.

    it’s fixed. we update Woocommerce to latest version and everything is fine now.
