Import AJAX Problem

I have import demo and some additional page. But now I want to import a new one ‘blog element’ and I have the error : Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.

I have disabled the external plugins but I still have the error.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?
