Import AJAX Problem – Please Assist

Hi there,
I just bought the woodmart theme and followed the exact steps in your documentation, however when I import the base data – it returns this error ” Import AJAX Problem. Please, try import data manually.” (Please see image attached below).
I have provided login details to my website. Please can you fix this issue. I do not have any third party plugins installed.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme and provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check.

I have tried to Activate Base Import and it does not show any errors http://prntscr.com/qp1oy0
Please deactivate the plugin Coming Soon Page, Under Construction & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd and try again.
Please note: such feature has been built-in to our theme and this plugin is excessive.

Thank you for taking a look. However, when I clicked on Base import when I installed the theme – it said “Import AJAX Problem. Please, try import data manually.”
Was that error just temporary? I dont want to start with the website design if there is errors.
