Hi,

Could you please provide us your FTP access as well?
sorry i didnot add FTP function. so if i can do something?
If you don’t have the FTP access information you can contact your hosting providers and request it.
We just checked and noticed the following PHP error Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes)
. You need to increase your PHP memory limit on the server to make it work correctly. And we also suggest you to upgrade your PHP version to 5.6+
I have just change php memory limit to 512M, IS it alright?
so should I update the YITH WooCommerce Compare to 2.2.3?
Is it working correctly now? We suggest you to update the PHP version firstly.
Okey I THink I Should Change a hosting provider first.
Thank you Very much!
