Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually

good morning, best regards. I installed the WoodMart theme and when I try to install the inport base it gives me the following error: “Import AJAX problem. Please try import data manually”. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Ok, the installation is from scratch

We see that some dummy content is already imported. As we can see, some images are missed. The problem may be caused by your server firewall or some configuration that blocks access to our dummy content data server.
