Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.

Hi,
I have added basel theme and i’m using amazon aws lightsail. i already increase memory size.
I followed other post regarding same problem.
1- I tried to add define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); in wp config,
2- I changes memory_limit = 256M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume
But still unable to import demo. please help me As soon as possible.

We see that the dummy content was already imported but without images. Seems that your server has some kind of mechanism that blocks all requests to our server and that is why images can’t be downloaded. And you also have some issue with HTTPs configuration. Your website is using HTTPS but in your WordPress settings, you have HTTP. And it breaks all the AJAX requests (not only our dummy content import).

Try to contact your hosting provider for help since it is no problem of the theme.

because i have try many things but it’s not working and i have only one thing that can possible which is manually add dummy data
You can find the dummy content in the folder basel\inc\dummy-content.
