Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually

Hi, I have installed the template with any problem but when I try to upload the dummy content I received an error: “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually”

After this, all the images in the site are placeholders like a pine tree except some of them in the slide but with very low quality, is this normal?

I´ve include some screeen captures to show you the problem.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

I cannot log in and check the error which appeared. Please advise if you have this error after all the plugins deactivated.

If you have, check the credentials and provide the valid ones.

As for the images: installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that take to much time to complete. Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported, placeholder images are provided instead.
