and i apply same formula. m edit wp-config.php, and create php.in
but same problem

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

I have uploaded Electronics demo without any problems.

Please note: installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that takes to much time to complete.
Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported.

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) https://gyazo.com/d48162161cab7c9bdfcbda9f0c71262d

Modify elements as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

If you want to remove the header you can choose the appropriate template in the page or set each row to be hidden on all the devices.
