Import AJAX problem when installing dummy content

Hello,
I was trying to install dummy content, unfortunately I get the error:
Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.
I have already disabled the external plugins and enabled debug mode.
Could you please help me?

Thank you so much for contacting our support center.
We see that all AJAX requests give us 500 Internal Server Error. Could you please ask your hosting provider to investigate this issue and check what error is in the errors log when you try to import the content?
