Import demo data to the existing site

I am having a ecommerce site which is using woodmart theme but not updated. So, I bought theme to have my site with updated theme and now I want to import data to my site without losing my customer’s data and other woocommerce data like orders, emails ,customers , etc. How I can import theme data without effecting my current website?
Hello,
Just update the theme manually via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. In such a way you can update a theme and save your data.
