First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

Sorry but none of the products are included in the Demo import and you cannot import them. Only some dummy products are included in the demo import.

The link you provided is not for the product page, it’s the full screen layout of the Demo templates for the homepage.

You can import it by Selecting the Template to full screen from Woodmart >> Base Import.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

If you want to display two attributes as variations then you can try creating separate attributes as you require then assign them as variations to the product.
