Import issues

Hello,

I’ve imported the theme, but it doesn’t import correctly; it shrinks the desktop and the website into a small square. Could someone help me with this issue?
It seems like it’s set to a low resolution, a square of 600px by 600px.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

It looks like the mb_strtolower function is disabled on your server. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.
