We are developing a Website and need to import 800 products. Doing this one by one seems impractical.

Do you have any additional suggestions or advice for handling this situation more efficiently?

Product functionality comes with WooCommerce plugin and its storage is not handled by the theme. Import/export options you can find in Dashboard -> Products.

But our customers usually use this plugin to import the data

We suggest you contact plugin developers and ask your questions before the purchase.
