Import Reviews from old site

Hi, I have a problem with import reviews from my old website.
I have around 10 00 reviews and it’s impossible to rewrite.

I don’t have any option on my old website to export reviews and no options on the new website to import reviews.
I using your template and only option to make a review is buy the product and put review.
I can’t see any settings for “reviews”

Can you help me with this?

Can I ask, How I can block the multiple review?
I mean I need just one review per person, per ip address or per account.

I have a rewards for reviews but now one person can add thousands reviews from same account.

Also I need information:

1. How I can delete score table but leave summary? I don’t need to see how many reviews are 4*, 5* etc I need just information what’s the average like 4.8 and stars plus how many reviews I have that’s it.
2. Why I can’t see all reviews, just 51 reviews on the product page and I can’t go to see more, I don’t have any arrows rot on the botom (on the product now are 530 reviews). Also 51 reviews is very long list, where I can change for 20 reviews per page?
3. Where I can find setting and choose how reviews will be displayed? Now I see the default is from oldest to newest but this is not good for me.
4. How I can setup name and first letter from surname apart of login in review section? for example.
John E. or Elena.R. First name and first letter of surname apart of weird customer login.

01. Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Reviews check the option about product reviews.

Go to Settings > Discussion from the WordPress dashboard. Then under “Other comment Settings” check the box that says “Break comments into pages with [number]….”

Whatever you set the [number] as is how many reviews will show on the review tab.
