What we need to do to activate this button?

The buttons are not displayed on your website because it is necessary to import the base version to make the layouts work.

And to import the base version it is necessary to activate all the recommended plugins. In your case you haven’t installed and activated the slider revolution plugin.

Please activate the plugin then the buttons will appear.
