Imported Categories Not Showing

I imported products via csv from my other shop and the categories imported as well. The problem I’m running into is that the categories don’t show up in the Appearance > Menus section when I’m attempting to create a new menu. Any help?

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshot you added. You are not visiting the correct module that’s why its not displaying the product categories.

Go to >> Appearance >> Menus >> Select Product Categories.

If this doesn’t fix the problem then provide with admin panel login details and the URL of the website to check it myself and help you accordingly.
