petterettrupParticipantHi!
Complete rookie here, so I might just be doing it wrong. But:
When I try to import the demo sites, they look nothing like what I expected. I know some pictures are missing due to copyright issues, but it’s basically all of the site that is missing/different. I see some changes in colors when switching between the different demos – but not much else.
I want to use Decor, but it’s so different from the demo look once it’s activated on my site. Footer is completely different, all of the top is missing etc. So basically I’d need to build the entire site in Elementor from scratch.
Help a noobie out: What am I doing wrong?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please reset all and provide the access to the net WordPress installation I will help to install. Please advise what builder you prefer.
Best Regards

petterettrupParticipantGreat, thanks for the fast reply.
The website contains no content yet other than the template, so feel free to reset whatever you need to make in work.
I’d like to use Elementor.
I’ve created an admin account for you on the website.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The problem is caused by incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly. Please configure the URLs.
As soon as I resisted the site, I got the error connected with the Elementor and now I cannot enter the site, please restore the access and disable all the plugins.Best Regards

petterettrupParticipantSince your work on the site, I’m now completely locked out and I can’t find a way to get back in.
Tried creating a new admin user through PHPmyAdmin, but can’t get it to give me admin rights.
So I went from having problems with your plugin to now being completely locked out of my website.
Can you help me fix this, please?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can restore your password via the MySQL database. Enter wp_users table and press edit https://prnt.sc/rcz676 then insert your password as shown and choose MD5, save. https://prnt.sc/rcz6ki
Be very careful editing databases, export them before any changes to restore.
Best Regards
