Importing Prebuilt Site

I am trying to import a prebuilt site (in my staging environment) but keep getting a timeout error.

Error says:
The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.

I have contacted my host (GoDaddy, and increased the limit to 600s, but it still times out.

Is there a way to get the files so I can import via FTP rather than the import tool that the theme included?

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can run the import and see what is wrong?

Woodmart Core
Woocommerce
Temporary Login

We have imported the dummy content for you. Please check how it works now.

Wondering if this can be done again. I Unfortunately, the site crashed and my host overwrote the data from the production site, removing the content from this theme on my staging site. I am not able to import for some reason.
