Importing the WoodMart main not successful

When I try to import the woodmart main demo content it keeps on saying “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance. ”

The website is freshly installed WordPress , added license and good PHP options max_execution time etc.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
