Impossible editing with elementor

Hello,

When I try to use a new predefined layout it is impossible for me to edit it. Even the images and text cant be edited with elementor or gutenberg. I saw on a video that we are supposed to be able to modify easily and quickly but I can’t do anything can you please help me, need to deliver soon…

When I try to modify with wordpress editor it’s a blank page. When I try with elementor it can’t be opened, how am I suppose to handle it cause I can’t do anything for the moment.

I saw on some youtube videos that when they create a new layout it opens elementor right after but me it’s not the case it doesn’t open anything

Make sure that the Elementor Containers are enabled in Elementor -> Settings -> Features https://gyazo.com/978409216e7ba8e656ed812160359821

And in the Elementor settings, an appropriate post type is enabled – https://prnt.sc/58J99LNI2BZl
