    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent them and check the issue.

    Hi,
    Sorry I can’t switch theme otherwise I lose parameters such as widgets.
    Any other way to debug this?

    Hello,

    No way. We have released the theme and keep on testing both on our environment and on other clients, there is no problem with this. Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one, checking the issue, to discover which one influence
