1) sticky header is not correctly cloning the header so you can’t see the menu

2) sometime the default header is not working (es in the faqs page)

You have a problem with your header translations. To change the header you need to switch to the English language first and then change your Theme Settings https://prnt.sc/s3yt46
After this, you can translate the header in WPML.

there is a little more issue:

in the sticky header the menu is not centered

If you want to make a sticky header structure equal to the default header try to disable clone header option in header settings (https://prnt.sc/s4lpa5) and enable make it sticky option in desired row settings (https://prnt.sc/s4lqr8).
