Impossible to install any template prebuild

Hello, i installed a new wp, and installed the latest woodmart.
it’s impossible to install any demo.
will blocked at 15%

I bought for my customers at least 20 license of Woodmart, using the same hosting.
This is the first time i got this problem.

Yes, just reinstalled it since it was not updated properly, and some files were from the old version.
