    Dear,

Please check the screenshot below. It’s been long time that I didn’t make any changes on my header and now that I want to make one, I’m unable to save. When I press F12, I see that there is a Woodmart error in the console.

I already cleared cache… and still same issue. Check it and fix it asap please. If possible, send me the fixed file because I need to change my header.

    Thanks

    Hello,

403 error says that your server doesn’t allow this request to be complete. You need to contact your hosting provider for help in this situation.

    Dear,

I found the problem. It’s caused by the plugin Wordfence. I tried with & without the plugin, it’s precisely this plugin that makes the 403 Error issue.

Can you please test it on your side and fix the compatibility of your theme with Wordfence because, it’s a freemium plugin used by million of WordPress users.

Right now, I’m doing my changes in my header while temporarily disactivating the plugin. But it’s important you fix this issue or if it’s a problem on Wordfence side, then take proactive action and contact them to fix it.

I can provide you the detailed Wordfence setting by in private if you give me an email.

    Thanks

    Hello,

But we are not able to do anything here since the plugin simply blocks our theme’s AJAX request. You need to contact the plugin’s developers for help.

    Kind Regards

    Dear,

It seems the issue was caused by Wordfence’s Firewall. After switching to “Learning” mode, it actually learned by itself that the save action in Theme Header Builder is a safe action. Then I switched the Firewall back to normal mode.

    You can close this ticket
    Thanks
