Im just starting with my woodmart theme, and dont know what happen, but is extermely slow and sometimes even not loading. Hope can help.

Please disable all plugins that are not related to the theme, also, provide access to the admin dashboard and confirm the permission for switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

According to the fact that you have sent a report related to the plugins, we can see that the issue is in the Elementor, maybe your server resources are not enough for the Elementor base site.
So the issue is not in the theme itself.

Seems that your server is not stable because on the default theme, we can see that site loads around 4s and It’s not normal for the default theme. On the default theme, the page should load around 1s.

So you need to check what is wrong with the server because it loads slowly on the backend too so it is not something caused by the theme.
