To allow customers to attach a file when sending a message through your Contact Us via email form, you need to use a contact form plugin that supports file uploads.
Navigate to Contact > Contact Forms in your WordPress dashboard.
Edit your existing form.
Add this line to your form where you want the file upload field:
[file your-file limit:5mb filetypes:jpg|png|pdf|doc|docx "Attach a file"]
