in CUSTOM CSS I no longer see the custom code

    in CUSTOM CSS I no longer see the custom code inserted.
    I have disappeared the boxes where you can change the code.
    I see them for a moment when I load the page but then they disappear immediately.
    Where can I edit the css? On a file? on the database?

    I solved. It was an installed plugin that created conflict
