In order to add the compare and wishlist buttons to the custom product page you need to edit your custom product page and in the “Elementor” builder find the “Action buttons” element.

The “XTEMOS PRODUCT Elements” section in the “Elementor” builder is available only for the custom product page in Dashboard -> Product Templates -> select your custom product page and edit it.
