Navigate to Appearance > Menu > find the menu which has been used for Categories In the Header Builder and edit the menu as per your needs.

When selecting a menu item, several subitems are highlighted at once.

For example, when selecting the item “Toys”, the items “Fashion” and “Handmade” are highlighted simultaneously.

These items have one and the same link leading to ?product_cat=toys seems you have created the menu with custom links, check them all and remove the duplicated links.
