inability to update

Hi, we are unable to update the WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution and Woodmart Core plugins (see screen). When we press the “Update” button it loads but does not update.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
