Including Review Stars on Product Grid

Is it possible to include product ratings on the product grid?

I want to achieve an overall look like the screenshots below.

Hi Elise, I am not sure I follow, this is how I log in usually to manage the WordPress site.

Once logged in, I usually press “Log into WordPress” or Manage Sites > Log into WordPress.
