    Dear WoodMart Support Team,

I am writing to report a styling issue with the “Sale” label on the WooCommerce shop page of my website, which uses your WoodMart theme.

    Problem Description:
The display style of the “Sale” label on the product grid is inconsistent across different pages of the shop when viewed as a regular visitor.

Some pages: the “Sale” tags appear with an incorrect or unexpected style.

Other pages: the “Sale” tags display correctly, matching the settings configured in the theme options.

    Crucial Additional Information:
When I am logged into the WordPress admin dashboard, all the “Sale” labels on every page of the shop appear correctly and consistently. The problem only occurs when I am logged out, which indicates the issue is likely related to front-end rendering for visitors.

I have attached screenshots for your reference, you can check it below.

Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Taken:

Cleared all server-side caching and browser cache.

Verified that the problem persists in different browsers and in a private/incognito window when logged out.

Checked the product label settings in Theme Settings > Shop > Product labels, and they appear to be configured correctly.

The fact that the issue is visible only to logged-out users but resolves when I’m logged in suggests a possible conflict with caching or optimization. Could you please investigate this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it? My admin login detail is below. Please check it.

Thank you for your time and assistance.
