Incorrect Display After Installation

I recently purchased and installed the WoodMart Fashion-2 theme. Unfortunately, the homepage appears to be broken or unstyled, with missing layout elements. I am unable to proceed with any customization or editing because the default structure is not properly loaded.

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme (including caching, optimization, and third-party WooCommerce extensions)? This will help us check if any of them are causing the issue.
After that, kindly share your WordPress admin access using the Private content field so we can investigate it directly.

To fix this issue, you need to disable the “Starter Templates” plugin and import the dummy content from scratch. Let me know if it works.

I disabled the starter template plugin and other un-related plugins before sending the requested details above. This time, I deleted the starter plugin, deleted the theme and re-uploaded and installed the dummy, yet the website still displays broken. I am unable to continue with the customization or editing because the theme isn’t displaying correctly.
Kindly help with this. Thank you.
You need to remove the old, broken dummy content and import it from scratch. You can do this in Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Prebuilt websites.

I did all these even before responding to you above. I deleted all contents, uninstalled the theme, deactivated all plugins, re-downloaded the theme and re-installed, then activated Fashion-2, yet it didnt work. I also tried other activating other prebuilt websites within woodmart, they appeared all the same (broken). I really do not know what is going on.
Pls can you help find a lasting solution to this? Can you pls login to the backend to see for yourself? I sent the details above. Its been 4 days now, and I am unable to do anything, patiently waiting for your technical crew to sort it out so that I can get started.
