Hello,

Please provide your site URL and screen which row you mean.

If you mean the row in the Header builder here is the instruction on the row editing: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

If you mean the Header banner, it is edited in the Theme Settings > General > Header banner

As soon as you add elements to all three columns, the header bottom row would have three columns.

In mobile device only one header bottom column showing. I am using header base.

Please switch to the mobile version of the header: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-responsive-settings/

Then make sure you have enabled the rows on mobile: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

Yes, It’s currency switcher but you can see there are only 1 column but I need 3 column like above mobile header row. See below screen shot.
