Indirizzo di spedizione differente non attivo

il pulsante spedisci ad un indirizzo differente non è visibile ed ho visto che neanche nella ‘demo megamarket’ non risulta.
come posso fare?

ps. in ‘woocommerce – impostazione’ è gia tutto impostato
