I watched the video you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme, clear browser cache and check back. If the problem continues then please provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

but it works ipad safari & my computer( window10& explorer).

and i conduct other test in my another computer( window10 & chrome)
and it is still not working.
