infinite scroll and page refresh

refreshing product archive page with infinite scroll function on would cause to show only that page products cause in url you have page indicator, dunno if its fixable but anywayz would be better if it drags me back to page 1.

for example refreshing this – “…products/page/9/?filtering=1&filter_product_brand=33″ would cause to show only products which are actually on page 9
