INFO BOX SVG ICONS NOT DISPLAYING

All of a sudden, my svg icons are not showing in my info boxes.
Please can you assist as its not displaying on numerous pages.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

It seems that the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.
The icons have been working for weeks since the site went live. How can they all of a sudden not function?

Yes, we understand. But maybe something was changed on the server. Please, enable WP_DEBUG in the wp-config.php file and send us your SSH access so we can check it further.
Unfortunately my client won’t provide C-Panel details with me for insurance reasons.
Could I install the File Manager plugin and enable WP-DEBUG like that?
