Information box carousel not working on mobile

Hello,
In the header I have a top bar and in it, I have the information box carousel.
See my image.
It has a slide speed of 4000 ms and on a mobile it is showing, but when you scroll a bit down the page and go back up again it is not showing anymore.

How can I solve this?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

You may deactivate all plugins and change themes, if you want, in our new test shop.
See the Extra information (visible to moderators only) section.

The litespeed cache plugin must stay deactivated btw.

In order to show the carousel at the top of the site, we suggest you use our “Header banner” functionality in Theme Settings -> General -> Header Banner: https://take.ms/sMQqh

But if you want to define the carousel in the Header, you need to set “1 column row” for the Header Row in which the carousel is defined. https://take.ms/VY7mu
