Information box carousel on mobile header

Good morning,

For mobile I try to get the information box carousel in the header working on. It works the moment you enter the website. But if you scroll down and up again, it doesn’t work and the carousel disappears. Is there a solution for this or how can I fix it?

Sorry to say but your WoodMart Theme and WoodMart Core plugin isn’t updated to the latest version. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.3 and the Core version running is 1.0.35.

Can you please once try to update your WoodMart theme and Core plugin to the latest version by following the given Theme’s Documentation link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/ and then check back the issue again on your Site.

I have updated woodmart and woodmart core. But the problem is still there.

Because it seems to be an issue from the WP Rocket plugin end.

I deactivated WP Rocket and the problem still occurs. So it was not WP Rocket..
Do you have other suggestions?

I just tested it. It still doesn’t work.

Could you please clarify if you are using a real mobile device to test this? Please, clear the cache and test one more time. If still not working, please, record a short video.

Off course i’m using a real mobile device, what else would I use? The cache is already clear and i tested it one more time. Still doesn’t works.

We see that it happens with a sticky header. Unfortunately, we are not able to make this slider work when the sticky header is turned on. We will try to find a solution in future updates but there is no fix for this now.
