Initial Issues with License Activation – WoodMart

Hello,
I recently purchased the WoodMart theme and I am already experiencing problems with the license activation.
Honestly, this is very frustrating. If I am facing such a basic issue on my first attempt to register the product, it makes me seriously concerned about how the theme will perform or how future issues will be handled.
This situation is a problem for me, as I need the theme to be properly activated in order to continue working. I expect a clear and immediate solution to this issue.
Please let me know as soon as possible how this can be resolved.
