hello, in my hosting cpanel i have realised that from the beginning the inodes are rising rapidly for no particular reason and regardless if there are visitors or not, if i apply changes to site or not.
especially as we are speaking, everyone is sleepng and i am not applying any changes in site.
i run some testings regarding inode and found the following which are representative of what is happening all day, every day.
I found the top inode usage was within the “/wp-content/cache/object” folder:
2 ./config
19786 ./object
58 ./db
1 ./tmp
294 ./page_enhanced
I visited the website kourtakis-lighting.gr and found the cache files increase at a very quick rate:
root@nl1-ts3 [/kourtakis-lighting.gr/wp-content/cache]# du –inodes -s
23645 .
I noticed almost 20,000 files added within 10 minutes or so.
i am trying to make them decrease via cron jobs but with little success. the hosting provider prompted me to you, the theme developers.
can you please have a look?
i can glady provide ftp and/or admin access if you need it.
there must be some kind of conflicts.
please help
