Insert current date

Hi there, do wane insert the current date in my footer.

Found the following ticket:

But now i cannot find function.php, where i do habe to insert this code?

In general, it’s better to add a custom code to the functions.php file in your child theme, or rather via Appearance -> Theme File Editor.

Funny this “theme file editor” button does not show up in my backend.

Our theme doesn’t affect displaying the “Theme file editor” button, unfortunately. Make sure that you have the latest update of your WordPress. If it doesn’t help you, try to contact their support team.
