Insert text content into Blog Archive page

hello.
Is there any way I can insert addition text to my blog archive page?
between the title and the archive list.
i’ve attached a screen shot for clarity.

Hello,

The blog page is the functional page and it is not editable. You need to create a custom page, insert a block you wish, and then insert a blog widget to get the template you wish.
