Insert WPML switcher on Header

Hi,
I´m trying to insert the WPML switcher on the woodmart first header ( left ) side but don´t do anything. As WPML say to insert the following php function :
do_action(‘wpml_add_language_selector’);
After applying this the website don´t react with this statement…

Am i doing something wrong?
