    Hello Support,

    I am trying to set up Instagram API to follow your documentation.

    After clicking the connect button, select your Facebook account, but no pages are showing.
    Please see the attached screenshot and loom video about the issue.

    Please help me to resolve the issue.

    We connected your Instagram page with account without any problems. Most likely, something is wrong with your personal account or you lack permission to access your page’s content.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

    I tried to connect Instagram under the WP admin > Theme Settings > API integrations > Instagram API > CONNECT

    And I the page is open with no facebook account.
    Select your facebook account:
    ← Cancel and return

    Please see the attached screenshot for your referance.

    Please let me know if you want WP admin login details.

    Yes, we understood the problem from your previous replies. But as we said, this issue seems to be related to your personal Facebook account. We were able to connect it with our account you added as admin.

    Therefore, we have chosen the right business profile and connected your Instagram, you can check it on the website

    Thank you for your prompt response and for resolving my problem.

    I have a question regarding the instagram post images.
    Please check our following blog page, where I call the instagram posts and all images are blurry.

    If you compare it with instagram, then you will see the difference.

    I have high resolution images for east posts, but I don’t find the option under the instagram elements.

    Please advise how to resolve the issue.
