The image sizes are working fine for the Instagram element. Like thumbnails,medium,large.

The custom size in pixels you are trying to use doesn;t work in the API Mode. It works only for custom images uploaded to wordpress

You are using CDN cloudflare. Please disable it then try changing the size and check back.
