Instagram API issue

    Hi,

    While trying to connect an IG page to Woodmart via API, it doesn’t appear the appropriate FB page at the step where it gives me the option “Select your facebook account”.

    I select normally the account at steps “What Instagram Business Accounts do you want to use with XTemos?” and “What Pages do you want to use with XTemos?” but I can’t find it at the final list and it appears various other FB business pages that I manage.

    Let me inform you that I have already 2 other IG accounts linked on Xtemos which work without any issues.

    Waiting for your further advice on the above issue.

    Hello,

    There might be some limit on the maximum number of pages loaded. Could you please disable a few pages temporarily and see how it works?

    Even if I select only borsapiena page (both FB and IG), it keeps showing other FB business pages that I manage at the final step. Please check my new screenshots attached.

    Hello,

    We meant the number of Facebook accounts on your second screenshot. Try to disconnect 3-5 accounts and check if your new accounts appear there instead.

    I followed again exactly the same steps today and only 3 accounts appeared on the final procedure so I was able to select my desired one.
